No, the RevSquared hand dryer is powered by a power cord, not a battery.
CAN THE HAND DRYER BE HARD WIRED?
Yes, the hand dryer can be hard wired however this should only be
performed by a licensed electrician.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE FILTER BE CLEANED OR REPLACED?
We recommend cleaning the air filter by blowing off or wiping off the dust monthly, and replacing it annually. (Replace ahead of schedule if dust accumulation is excessive.)
Warning:
Air filters must be thoroughly dried before reinsertion into the hand dryer. Placing a wet filter back into the hand dryer may pose a serious risk of electrical shock or fire.
