Warranty and Return Policy
Limited Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality of our product and offer a limited warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and 3 years from date of purchase for Hand Dryers. If you identify any such defects during this warranty period, we commit to repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. We may require proof of purchase, return of the defective product/part, or pictures/videos showcasing the defect. Therefore, please retain proof of purchase.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day free return policy. Here’s how it works:
Time Period
You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return an item. We must receive your return within 60 days of the date you received the item.
Condition of Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
Return Shipping
We will cover the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Please keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rev-squared.com and we will provide instructions for the exchange.
